Jervis Guglielmo (Rifugio) da Chiapili di Sotto

Observed surface hoar through the trees on the route up. Also observed small wet snow slides on the other side of the valley, on the South (S) facing slopes. This is visible in my second photo. It seems like this was caused by the rapid heating from the past 2 days, and I noticed several of these had slid partially into the road on the way down, further supporting this theory.

Great conditions, plenty of coverage. Some good pillow lines throughout, and I only punched through to one rock.
