Solid parts with delicate and brittle sections
L1 – A vertical section with several possible ways up. The stand is to the left at a block. A lot of traffic and you could hook yourself up.
Snowscramble for about 100 m until you reach the gully with ice again.
L2 – A vertical section with a narrow exit. Take care if there are people above since you will get everything on you at that point. The stand is to the left and the ice had seen a lot of traffic.
L3 – Easy start but a very nice, delicate and narrow exit until you reach the stand. If you have people above or under you please take care to not just hit your axes everywhere, so that not all the ice comes down.
L4 – A nice pitch on solid ice with good protection possibilites. The stand is just straight up at a vertical rock part, but the exit is on rock, so take care.
L5 – A shorter vertical ice section with not the most solid ice. The stand is to the right after about 20 m walking at a bigger block.
Note: Consider to do the route with not much traffic, since the gully is narrow and collects all the ice coming down. However, with a lof of traffic on it, take care of everybody on the route by beeing a little careful with the axes.
