The temperatures were quite high when walking in. But we got a proper nightfreeze, which was enough in order to walk in without snowshoes/skies, still in the afternoon the snow got very soft.
The face was in good conditions and we did it completely in “conserva” with a spectacular descent over the east ridge.
A very nice adventure and congratulation to Sergio on his first north face!
Note: The bridge is destroyed so you have to traverse the river at some point without shoes 🙂
